Danielle Rozier is the CEO/Principal of Savory Gourmet Catering. A native of Richmond, Virginia earned an Associates Degree in Culinary Arts from the Johnson & Wales University of Culinary in Providence Rhode Island, as well as a bachelor’s degree in Hotel & Restaurant Management from University of Maryland Eastern Shore. Danielle has more than 20 years of culinary experience.
Danielle Rozier
Danielle, starting cooking at a young age, creating  dishes for her family's dinners. After high school she entered college to study to become a  pharmacist, during her studies she was diagnosed with cancer at the young age of 20. After fighting and winning her battle with cancer she decided to combine her passion for food & people and go into culinary arts. She entered Johnson & Wales Culinary Arts program and the rest is history. After graduating from Culinary school Danielle worked in kitchens through out the Hampton Roads, Va area gaining valuable experience. The food that Danielle is best known for she received while working in the kitchen of  a New Orleans style restaurant "Bienville Grille" and under the direction of Chef Michael Hall. She learned all about gumbos, jambalaya, etouffee...etc.   The combination of her southern background, natural instincts of food flavors and her Cajun cooking mastery has made Danielle & Savory Gourmet food sought after. You can say that their food is a combination of Savory (delicious flavor) yet Gourmet (using the freshest and best quality ingredients when preparing there food)
